Google’s native email app for Android devices. Since Android 5.0 Lollipop, this replaces Android Mail as the default email client. However, some manufacturers, like Samsung and LG, ship their devices with their own email clients in its place. The app can be optionally installed on devices which don’t bundle it by default.
The Gmail app supports both Gmail and G Suite accounts, as well as other email addresses using IMAP, SMTP, or Exchange. The level of CSS support is different for Google and non-Google email addresses.
